Supporter Assistants
The Club has between 25 & 31 Disabled Supporters Assistants (DSA) on duty on matchdays at the London Stadium. They are there to assist our accessible supporters, wherever they can.
Accessibilities Guide
Accessible services, getting to and around London Stadium, the home of West Ham United, including Shuttle bus service, visiting away fans and others.

We would kindly ask all members who attend either a home or an away match, to complete an anonymous survey in order to improve accessibility at the grounds

WHUDSA brings together disabled supporters of West Ham United to ensure every fan feels valued, represented and heard. Building on the success of the Disabled Supporters Board, we work closely with the Club to improve accessibility, strengthen communication, and enhance the matchday experience at London Stadium and beyond.
